1. Comb the mitt before use, as debris like grass seeds can be caught in the long hair – use a metal pet comb or brush
2. After use, rinse under a warm tap to remove as much debris and dirt as possible – do not machine wash (if you must, make sure the mitt is in a pillow case to prevent the long pile being caught).
3. Use a dedicated wool detergent if the mitt is very dirty
4. Allow to dry NATURALLY with the cuff propped open (section of neck of a clean plastic bottle, perhaps) – DO NOT TUMBLE DRY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES – do not place on hot radiators… you don’t want the mitt to completely dry out and become brittle
5. Comb with the pet comb or brush to get the coat fluffy again

You also wouldn’t have to worry about the applicator being dropped or blown away in the wind, and neither would you have to fold it in two. Job done. We then specced it up (110ppi foam – as soft as it gets) and had them hand stitched by our supplier (thank you, Morvan) at great expense – glue or sonic welding weren’t strong enough to create what we had in mind. This means that they’re pricey for an applicator, but we think that it’s worth it – they’re the best you’ll find.

So as an answer, Dodo  Juice have  sourced a professional grade 10cm wide sticky roller with a reusable, ergonomic handle, for removing lint, hairs, fluff and other debris from fabrics inside the car. It can even work outside the car on canvas soft tops.

Well according to Dodo Juice, crystal resin is where it’s at and from the feedback I’ve been hearing they’ve got it spot on.  I’d never heard of crystal resins before but a bit of digging around reveals that crystal resins are essentially a type of fast-drying laquer that leaves a coating around 50x thicker than other wax or sealant layers.

So what you’re left with after an application of Supernatural Trim Sealant is a protected black trim with a durable, lasting shine.  Crystal resins also help reblacken trim that has greyed due to exposure to UV-rays and can be removed with solvent, so are non-permanent!

Supernatural trim sealant isn’t suitable for paintwork though as it’s not buffable but for plastic trim I don’t know of anything better.  Primarily aimed at the experience enthusiast, a bottle contains 50ml of trim sealant and includes a microsuede finishing cloth.
